Regulation No. 53/2023 of 14 April 2023 has determined the limit of admissions to the Doctoral School of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin in the academic year 2023/2024 and the schedule of the admission procedure to the Doctoral School of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin in the academic year 2023/2024

In the academic year 2023/2024, the limit of admissions to the Doctoral School of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin is 14 Ph.D. students.

• 1 August 2023 – start of recruitment to the Doctoral School of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin
• 1 August -8 September 2023 – submission of documents by candidates to the Doctoral School
• 11 September 2023 announcement on the website of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin about the composition of the recruitment committee (subpage – Doctoral School)
• 12 September 2023 – notification of candidates about the place and time of the interview by announcing on the website of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin (subpage – Doctoral School)
• 14-15 September 2023 – meeting of the Recruitment Committee, analysis and evaluation of the candidates’ achievements by the Recruitment Committee based on the submitted documents
• 18-19 September 2023 – interviews
• 20 September 2023 – announcement of the ranking list of candidates
• 25 September 2023 – announcement of the list of admissions to the Doctoral School

The qualification procedure for the Doctoral School is a competition procedure. Details on the recruitment rules are set out in the Regulations.

Recruitment schedule of the Doctoral School of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin under the Implementation Doctorate program for the academic year 2023/2024

1. By May 10, agree on the topic and area of ​​planned research with the supervisors of the doctoral thesis. Moreover, preparation of all necessary information to submit the first part of the application in the ZSUN/OSF system (the implementation of the assumed activities should be agreed at this stage with the company/enterprise interested in cooperation under the Program)
2. By May 26, enter the necessary data into the application in the ZSUN/OSF system and make the application available to employees of the Science Department of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin
3. Send the application via the system by June 5.
4. September 1* – announcement on the UP Lublin website of information about the commencement of additional recruitment in connection with the implementation of the “Implementation Doctorate” projects
5. From September 1 to September 8* – submission of documents by candidates to the Doctoral School
6. September 11* – announcement on the UP Lublin website of information about the composition of the Recruitment Committee (subpage of the Doctoral School)
7. September 12* – notifying candidates about the place and time of the interview via an announcement on the UP Lublin website (news – subpage of the Doctoral School)
8. September 14-16* – meeting of the Recruitment Committee, analysis and assessment of candidates’ achievements by the Recruitment Committee based on submitted documents and job interviews
9. September 18-20* – announcement of the ranking list of candidates, indicating people who meet the criteria for admission to the Doctoral School
10. September 21* Announcement of the list of those admitted to the Doctoral School
11. By September 20 – sending supplementary information regarding the data of doctoral students admitted to the Doctoral School in the ZSUN/OSF system.
