Essential documents before you have been accepted:

1. • Application Form
   • Learning Agreement
   • OLA (Online Learning Agreement), for more information go to Erasmus+ COURSE Catalogue section
   • Transcript of academic records provided by your university (list of courses, exams and grades from your home  university)
   • Certificate proving sufficient knowledge of English (minimum B2 or adequate level)
   • A photocopy of the applicant’s ID or passport (in case of  non EU citizens)
   • Accomodation_form (this form is required if you wish to stay in our student dormitory)

All these documents (except OLA) must be sent without signatures first, in a Word Format (.doc or .docx) in order to be verified.

Language requirements

Be aware of the fact that your level of English must be good – at least B2. It means that you must be able to understand, speak and write in English. You will not succeed in most subjects if your level of English is poor.

Handwritten forms will not be accepted. Please type all the information to fill in the forms. Before you send the documents by post, please e-mail them IN A WORD FORMAT (.doc or .docx files). Note! Scanned copies will not be accepted at this stage) with no signatures to be checked first.

Once the documents are checked, please print, sign and send the them by post to the address mentioned below.

You must send a complete set of application documents to be accepted.

Once you have been accepted as an Erasmus Student, you will receive an official Letter of Acceptance along with all the necessary information.

In order to register at the host university you should provide us with the following documents:

1. A photocopy of European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) and accident insurance or another document proving you are a policyholder
2. Statement proving your Erasmus student status from the sending University
3. Confirmation that you have been awarded an Erasmus grant from the sending University
4. 3 passport-size photographs together with an electronic photo necessary to issue a Student ID card
5. Visa (if necessary), a copy

Please, be informed that all documents mentioned above are required by Erasmus Office with no exceptions.
