Each year the University successfully carries out over 70 different projects within the framework of national programmes such as: National Science Centre, The National Centre for Research and Development, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and Ministry of Education and Science.

Doctoral School of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin is a chance to pursue scientific passions. It has been operating since 2019/2020 academic year.

The Library's book collection consists of over 390,000 volumes of books, periodicals and special collections. The electronic collections include databases, e-books, e-journals and other publications.

The stations are situated in places that reflect the natural conditions of the Central-Eastern Poland macroregion, thus creating favorable conditions for research work.

The farms conduct scientific and research activities and apply scientific achievements to agricultural practice. Four farms occupy an area of over 1600 ha of arable land.
