Registration for the symposium is carried out via the online registration form (Registration).

Payment & Full Paper submission: 30 march 2026

Early payment (before 29 March 2026): 300,00 EUR + 22% VAT (366,00 EUR)
Late payment (after 29 March 2026): 350,00 EUR + 22% VAT (427,00 EUR) Accompanying persons (each): 150,00 EUR + 22% VAT (183,00 EUR)

Fee could be paid either by wire-transfer or by on-line and off-line payment accepting major credit/debit cards. Participant’s fee include symposium materials, publication of the first accepted article, coffee during breaks, two lunches, one dinner, social dinner, technical visit(s) and social activitie(s).

Accompanying person fee includes social dinner, technical visit(s) and social activitie(s).

For authors

All submissions (abstracts and/or full papers) must be sent by email to: fmpmsa@uniba.it

• Submitted articles must be at least 6 pages long (preferred 8-10) using the format that will be soon available
• Abstracts of submitted articles will be printed and will be available at participant’s registration time
• Submitted articles, after the review process and subject to acceptance, will be assigned of a digital object identifier (DOI) and will be published in Special Conference Paper Proceeding Publication (Scopus Indexed).
• Only presented articles will be published.
• Publication of the first article is included in the Symposium Fee.
• The publication of each additional article(s) will be charged 150,00 EUR + 22% VAT (183,00 EUR)
