University of Life Sciences in Lublin launches gender equality plan

The University of Life Sciences in Lublin has launched a Gender Equality Plan (GEP). The document, introduced by an Order of the Rector Prof. Krzysztof Kowalczyk, was created as a result of the teamwork established for this purpose and supervised by the Vice-Rector for Human Resources – Prof. Andrzej Marczuk.

The GEP was created as a result of statistical data analyses, collection of opinions of employees and students of the university through questionnaires, as well as consultations and good practices applied in domestic and foreign institutions.

The Gender Equality Plan for ULSL contains a diagnosis, i.e. the most important conclusions of the research and analysis of the current situation, as well as objectives whose implementation will contribute to the promotion, implementation and monitoring of positive actions regarding gender equality, diversity and the reduction of discrimination.
