Inter-institutional agreements
Student mobilities should finish on July 31 2025 the latest.
A standard student mobility for studies at ULSL is one semester.
A standard student mobility for traineeship at ULSL is at least 2 months.
The financial support is awarded for a maximum period of 5 months.
The scholarship amounts for this project are detailed in the Financial Procedure.
All candidates will be treated equally and should not be discriminated because of their special needs or socio-economic background.

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS:
- Erasmus Application Form for studies including Information clause for Erasmus+ programme participants
- Erasmus Application Form fot Traineeship including Information clause for Erasmus+ programme participants
- Learning Agreement for Studies
- Learning Agreement for Traineeship
- Transcript of academic records provided by your university (list of courses, exams and grades from your home university)
- Certificate proving sufficient knowledge of English (minimum B1 or adequate level)
- A photocopy of the applicant’s ID or passport
- Accommodation form (if you wish to stay in our student dormitory)
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
The forms must be typed! Handwritten forms will not be accepted.
A complete set of all these documents must be sent without signatures first in Microsoft Word format in order to be verified.
Once you have been accepted by the receiving institution, remember to sign the forms and get them signed by your university! You will receive an official Letter of Acceptance along with all the necessary information.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
Be aware of the fact that your level of English must be good – at least B1. It means that you must be able to understand, speak and write in English. You will not succeed in most subjects if your level of English is poor.

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM STUDENTS ACCEPTED BY ULSL:
- a Grant Agreement – signed, should be emailed to . A draft of the agreement is prepared by ULSL International Exchange Office (IEO) and sent via email to the Partner University and the student. A scanned copy of students’ insurance coverage that includes at minimum health insurance, liability insurance, accident insurance (English version)
- 1 passport-size photograph and a good-quality digital photo
- a scanned copy of Visa (if necessary)
