Song and music unite people in one living organism by providing a common language of communication, while also providing an outlet for cultural pride. Singing, playing instruments together and dancing builds mutual trust and sense of solidarity. Music creates national identity but also allows to transform this identity into a global one. We strongly believe that by exchanging national folk dance and song traditions of Poland and Hungary we are not only promoting the colour, happiness, and beauty of our cultures but also making a step towards better regional integration and understanding.

In this project, we will create an opportunity for young people from Poland and Hungary to meet, work and perform together. Dance itself entails learning to perform and develops skills of self-discipline and endurance as well as nurtures creativity, what makes it beneficial and inspiring especially for young audience.
