From 19th May 2023, students of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin can use the Eko-HUB relaxation zone in the Collegium Agronomicum II building (ul. Akademicka 15), on the second floor. The project was carried out in cooperation with the “Polish Ecology” Association.

Eko-HUB aims to integrate the academic community, students and doctoral students. Creating spaces such as the chillout zone is an excellent form of rest, but also meetings and exchange of ideas, which over time can turn into innovative solutions both at the university and in cooperation with entrepreneurs on the market.

The zone is equipped with deckchairs, pouffes and pleasant and relaxing plant greenery. At Eko-HUB you can spend time in a nice and comfortable way during breaks between classes. It is also a place where you can sit down and talk with your friends while preparing, for example, for the upcoming session. The zone is available all the time.

The opening of the zone was inaugurated by: Vice-Rector for Research and International Cooperation dr hab. Bartosz Sołowiej, Associate Professor, Director of the Technology Transfer Center Iwona Niezgoda and Maciej Bartoń – representative of the National Association of Processors and Producers of Ecological Products “Polska Ekologia”, also present was the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Didactics dr hab. Urszula Kosior-Korzecka, Associate Professor.

During the opening, you could try ecological products that will soon be permanent guests in the Eco-HUB zone.
