The aim of the project:
The aim of the project is to develop a health-promoting, functional and safe product using whey and starter lactic acid bacteria obtained from whey of local origin. The use of whey obtained as a by-product during the production of cheese is primarily economic and pro-environmental. In addition, offering consumers new organic products with health-promoting and functional properties.
