On September, 23rd 2021 the scientists from Hochschule Ansbach (ENG. Ansbach University of Applied Sciences) visited the Faculty of Food Science and Biotechnology of our University. The visit was one of the elements of cooperation agreement signed by the two Universities last year.

During the visit University of Life Sciences was represented by the Dean of the Faculty of Food Science and Biotechnology, prof. Waldemar Gustaw, the Vice-Dean dr hab. Magdalena Polak-Berecka, Assoc. Profesor, dr hab. inż. Dominik Szwajgier, Assoc. Profesor, Head of the Laboratory of Plant Origin Organic Food as well as the Vice Rector for University Development, dr hab. Adam Waśko, Assoc. Professor.

The representatives of Hochschule Ansbach were: prof. Anke Knoblauch, PhD, prof. Hans-Achim Reimann, PhD, Silke Reimann, Philipp Häfner, MSc., Svenja Hänel, MSc. and Alexander Mörsdorf, PhD.

The cooperation between the two Universities concerns the areas of biotechnology and food science. Thanks to the agreement, students, PhD candidates and staff can participate in exchange programme for teaching and research purposes.
