The objective of the project is to strengthen the internalization of our University by developing academic and scientific cooperation with foreign centers, which will contribute to improving the quality of education and supporting the professional development of doctoral students and academic staff.

Main objective: to develop the internalization of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin (UP) by supporting the short-term international mobility of 70 people (35 ULSL doctoral students, 15 ULSL academic teachers, 15 foreign doctoral students, and 5 foreign academic teachers).

Specific objectives:

  • development of scientific, teaching and language skills of at least 80% of mobility participants, confirmed by certificates,
  • acquisition of new skills and competences, establishment of international contacts, and development of soft skills by project participants,
  • improvement of the quality of education at ULSL – thanks to the transfer of knowledge and experience of participants to their home institutions,
  • enriching doctoral dissertations with elements resulting from international cooperation,
  • increasing the number of short-term mobilities completed as measurable indicator of the project,
  • intensifying academic exchange and increasing the visibility of ULSL in the international environment,
  • building lasting relationships and cooperation networks with foreign research units, leading to future joint projects, publications, and teaching activities.
