A program implemented within the Association of Lublin Universities (ZUL), encompassing collaboration between member universities.

The competition is open to scientists who wish to expand their knowledge through a research internship at partner universities in Lublin.

The goal is to initiate or continue scientific and R&D research, as well as strengthen cooperation between universities through the exchange of experiences and access to specialized research equipment.

Wojciech Ospałek, M.A., completed a two-month internship at the Chair and Department of Pharmaceutical Microbiology, Faculty of Pharmacy Medical University of Lublin.

From October 20 to December 20, 2025, he worked under the supervision of Martyna Kasela, MD, PhD. The research involved assessing the pathogenicity of environmental E. coli strains, with particular emphasis on the ability and intensity of biofilm formation. In vitro samples were assessed microscopically using an inverted microscope.
