On May 1-9, 2023, employees of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin (prof. Sławomir Kocira, dr. Anna Krawczuk, dr. Magdalena Sozoniuk), the University of Agriculture in Nitra (prof. Pavol Findura, dr. Miroslav Pristavka, dr. Zuzana Bajusowa) and the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice (dr. Jan Bedrnicek, dr. Frantisek Lorenc) took part in a visit to the University of Salvador in Buenos Aires (Argentina).

During the visit, the research and teaching potential of the Partner’s Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Sciences was reviewed, the current status of the project implementation was discussed, and its further stages were discussed. During the visit, the possibilities of expanding cooperation with other scientific units with which the University of Salvador cooperates were analyzed. Taking advantage of the stay in Buenos Aires, a visit was made to the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Buenos Aires (one of the best universities in South America), where issues related to the production of biostimulants and their use in agricultural production in Argentina were discussed. The several-day visit allowed for familiarization with the research activities of the National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA) and the Teresa Benedicta de la Cruz Scientific Research Foundation.

Individual participants of the visit established contacts with employees of the Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Sciences of the University of Salvador and the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Buenos Aires.
