Supplementary Recruitment for PhD students under the project “PROM – Short-term Academic Exchange”

The University of Life Sciences in Lublin announces supplementary recruitment under the project
“PROM – Short-term Academic Exchange”, financed by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) as part of the project “Short-term academic exchange as a way to improve the quality of education in higher education and research institutions”, Project No. FERS.01.05-IP.08 0218/23, co-financed by the European Union.

The supplementary recruitment is addressed exclusively to doctoral students, including:

• doctoral students of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin and
• doctoral students of foreign higher education and research institutions.

Application deadline: 20 February 2026.

Rules of supplementary recruitment: the supplementary recruitment is conducted in accordance with the Regulations for recruitment and participation in the Project, with the reservation that the call is addressed only to doctoral students. All other conditions, eligibility criteria, evaluation rules, required documents, and the qualification procedure remain unchanged and apply in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations.

In particular, candidates are required to submit a complete set of documents specified in the Regulations, including, among others:

• the Application Form,
• the opinion of the supervisor,
• a document confirming acceptance by the Host Institution,
• a certificate of English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2 (if applicable).
