Scientific Conference ‘Challenges of Contemporary Horticulture’ in conjunction with the 55th anniversary of the Horticulture and Landscape Architecture Faculty

The conference and anniversary celebrations will take place at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin on 4-6 June 2025.

The Dean and the College of the Horticulture and Landscape Architecture Faculty of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin would like to invite academics from universities and research centres in Poland and abroad, employees, students, doctoral students and graduates, representatives of local authorities and institutions of the horticultural sector, representatives of the socio-economic environment and all friends of the  University of Life Sciences in Lublin to the Scientific Conference ‘Challenges of Modern Agriculture’ connected with the 55th anniversary of the Horticulture and Landscape Architecture Faculty.

The aim of the Conference is to present the latest scientific achievements and a discussion centred around the current challenges for the development of horticulture in Poland and worldwide, as well as to draw attention to the importance of horticulture as a basic industry in the sector of horticulture, vegetable growing, floriculture, herbology and landscape architecture and the direction of youth education in this field. The conference will contribute to supporting economic development by promoting scientific achievements of practical relevance.
