Results of the Fourth Supplementary Call for Applications under the PROM Project

We are pleased to inform you that the formal and substantive evaluation procedure of applications submitted under the fourth supplementary call (5/2026) within the project “PROM – Short-term Academic Exchange” (No. BPI/PRO/2025/1/00018) has been completed. The project is funded by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange under the project entitled “Short-term academic exchange as a way to improve the quality of education at institutions of higher education and science” (No. FERS.01.05-IP.08-0218/23), co-financed by the European Union.

A total of 4 applications were submitted in this call, covering mobilities of doctoral candidates from abroad.

Following the formal and substantive evaluation, 3 applications have been approved for funding, in accordance with the rules set out in the Project Regulations and taking into account the available mobility limits and project budget.

We are publishing the ranking lists divided into the following participant categories:

• international doctoral candidates (SD ZAGR)
