On October 10-12, 2025, the project team a meeting was held in Wisla, Poland, Poland.

Participants included:

UP Lublin: Sławomir Kocira, Michał Świeca, Stanisław Parafiniuk, Milan Koszel, Magdalena Sozoniuk, and Jacek Ogrodniczek.

USB České Budějovice: Andrea Bohata, Jan Bedrnicek, Frantisek Lorenc, and Kristyna Perna

SUA Nitra: Pavol Findura and Miroslav Pristavka

During the meeting, individual tasks to be completed within the project were discussed. Agreements regarding project communication were made, and preliminary dates for upcoming events were set. A short project team was also selected, consisting of Sławomir Kocira, Michał Świeca, Magdalena Sozoniuk, Petr Bartos, Andrea Bohata, Marcelo Carmona, Maria Cecilia Perez Piza, Pavol Findura, and Miroslav Pristavka.

In their free time, the meeting participants walked around the town of Wisła and the surrounding mountain trails.
