Open call for Erasmus+study mobilities

REGARDING ONLY STUDENTS OF UNIVERSITY OF LIFE SCIENCES IN LUBLIN !!!

International Exchange Office is opening a call for Erasmus+ study mobility applications for summer semester 2024/2025 from 04/10/2024 to 25/10/2024.  

  
 
Follow the steps below to start the application process for Erasmus+ study mobility:  
 
1. Register via THIS FORM  
 
and  
 
2. Submit at International Exchange Office the hard copies of application documents, all of them duly signed:  

• Application form with all required signatures and consents;  

• Transcript of Records – signed by the relevant dean’s officer;  

• Language certificate – signed by the teacher 

• CV in English

The templates of the application documents are to be downloaded from STEP 1 – DOCUMENTS  

 
 
Before collecting the signatures, please send the documents for verification to International Exchange Office email address. 

NOTE!!!   
 
Remember to check the nomination deadlines at the universities you are interested in. Some of them close their calls for study mobility application for summer semester earlier than others. In this case, make sure to submit your application documents before the deadline set at the receiving university.   

Interntional Exchange Office will open the calls for short-term mobility applications – BIP (Blended Intensive Programme with mandatory virtual component) separately for each BIP offer received from partner universities.  
 

Students with fewer opportunities (students receiving social scholarships, students with disabilities) are entitled to additional support.
