Open call for Erasmus+ Traineeship mobilities – Apply Now!
International Exchange Office is opening a call for Erasmus + traineeship mobilities for the summer semester of the 2024/2025 academic year and throughout the 2025/2026 academic year.
Application period: from 15.05.2025 to 30.05.2025 until 2pm.
NOTE!
Recruitment for traineeship mobilities will not be conducted on a rolling basis.
How to apply for Erasmus+ traineeship mobility?
Submit at International Exchange Office the hard copies of application documents, all of them duly signed:
- Application form with all required signatures and consents;
- Transcript of Records– signed by the relevant dean’s officer;
- Language certificate– signed by the teacher
- CV in English.

Before collecting the signatures, send the documents for verification to the email: izabela.wolska@up.lublin.pl.
NOTE! Interested in short-term mobility programmes (BIPs – 5-30 days with an online component)? Stay updated on the Erasmus+ ULSL website. BIP calls are open separately for each BIP offer. If not BIP, find your place for short-term traineeship and inform us!
Additionally, students with fewer opportunities (students receiving social scholarships, students with disabilities) are entitled to additional support.
It is not possible to carry out short-term mobilities to partner countries (outside the EU).
An option for future recent graduates: you can carry out a maximum of 3 mobilities, including only one short-term mobility.
NOTE!
International Exchange Office reserves the right to close the recruitment process before May 30, 2025, if the number of applications exceeds the budget allocated to the University for student mobility under the Erasmus+ programme.
