The International Exchange  Office announces a call for applications for mobilities to be carried out during the summer semester of the academic year 2025/2026 and throughout the academic year 2026/2027.

✈️ Types of Erasmus+ mobility available

Long-term mobility

  • minimum duration: 2 months,
  • available for student traineeships and graduate traineeships.

Short-term mobility

  • duration: from 5 to 30 days,
  • includes a mandatory virtual component,
  • available only for student traineeships and not for graduate traineeships.

📅 Important dates

Application period:

18 May 2026 – 29 May 2026 until 2:00 p.m.

⚠️ Applications are not accepted on a rolling basis – please make sure to submit all required documents before the deadline.

Mobility period:

Your mobility may start no earlier than 22 June 2026 and must end no later than 31 July 2027 (including travel days).

  2. Complete the documents and send them for verification to: izabela.wolska@up.edu.pl
  3. After receiving approval, collect the required signatures and submit the complete set of documents to the International Exchange  Office.

⚠️ Due to the limited amount of available funding, the International Exchange  Office reserves the right to carry out a selection process among submitted applications. This means that not all applications may be approved for mobility implementation.

🤝 Additional financial support for participants with fewer opportunities

Additional support is available for participants who:

  • receive a social scholarship,
  • have disabilities,
  • are raising a child under the age of 8,
  • have asylum or refugee status in Poland.

Important information

  • Short-term mobilities cannot be carried out in countries outside the European Union.
  • You may participate in a maximum of 3 mobilities within one academic year.

🎓 Rules regarding graduate traineeships

Planning a mobility after graduation? Please remember the following rules:

  • graduate traineeships may only be carried out as long-term mobilities,
  • you must apply for a graduate traineeship while still holding a student status — before submitting the documents to the Office, please contact your Dean’s Office to verify the exact date of graduation and the loss of student status (this date may differ from the validity date of your student ID card),
  • the final mobility must end within 12 months from the date of graduation,
  • you may participate in a maximum of 3 mobilities within one academic year, regardless of their type.
