Lublinalia 2026 – Event Report

On 15–16 May 2026, the Green Areas of the Perła Brewery on Bernardyńska Street in Lublin once again became the centre of student integration, music, and shared celebration. This year’s Lublinalia brought together thousands of participants – students, local residents, and visitors from across the region – who took part over two days in concerts, accompanying events, and numerous attractions prepared throughout the festival grounds.

The Lublin Student Culture Days were organised by the academic community in cooperation with municipal and regional partners. The main organiser of this year’s edition was the Rozdroża Centre for Intercultural Creative Initiatives, responsible for coordinating and delivering the event. The project was created through the collaboration of four public universities and their student unions: the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, the Medical University of Lublin, and the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. The City of Lublin acted as a partner of the initiative, while the Honorary Patronage of the event was assumed by the Mayor of Lublin, Krzysztof Żuk.

The delivery of an event on such a large scale was made possible thanks to the support of numerous partners and sponsors. Efficient transport for participants was provided by MPK Lublin Ltd., while social initiatives during the festival were carried out, among others, in cooperation with the DKMS Foundation under the slogan of joining forces in the fight against blood cancers. Importantly, this year’s student celebration perfectly complemented the wider cultural preparations taking place across the region under the banner of Lublin European Capital of Culture 2029.

The festival grounds featured numerous food, recreational, and partner zones. The Main Sponsor of the event was Perła – Browary Lubelskie S.A., while the group of sponsors and partners also included Coca-Cola, Millennium Bank, Winiary, Mojo Kuchnia i Przyjaciele, Manekin, BOSKO, Cartmax Premium, Dom Strachu CIEMNO, Pigcasso Creative Paint House, Let Me Out, Endorfina Platinium Gym & Fitness, Burn, Student Travel Wyjazdy, Pixel Press, and the Lublin Plaza shopping centre.

Event coverage, interviews, and informational materials were prepared by media partners, including Spotted Lublin, TVP3 Lublin television, Dziennik Wschodni, and leading radio stations such as Polish Radio Lublin, Radio Freee 89.9 FM, and Academic Radio Centrum 98.2 FM.

We would like to thank all participants for their presence and for helping to create the unique atmosphere of this year’s Lublinalia. The Lublin Student Culture Days 2026 once again confirmed their important role on the cultural and student map of Lublin and the wider region.

See you at the next edition!
