How to get vaccinated for COVID-19?

Dear Erasmus students,

We are  pleased to inform you that it is  possible for you as foreign Erasmus+ students to get vaccinated for COVID-19 in Poland.

You should register first at the nearest medical centre to see GP. Don’t forget to bring your ID and insurance policy document.

GP will explain the vaccination procedure and issue e-referral for you.

Once your e-referral has been issued you can register for vaccination in one of the following ways:

• by calling a vaccination serviceline at 989,
• by sending a text message (SMS): SzczepimySie at 664 908 556, or
• directly at the selected vaccination centre convenient for you, for your place of residence/stay. See the map of vaccination centres in Lublin

We would recommend taking Johnson & Johnson vaccine as it comes in one dose only.

Vaccination against COVID-19 for foreigners legally residing in Poland is free of charge. In your case it is a temporary right of residence that you applied for and  was granted to you at the very beginning of your stay in Lublin.
