“FOOD Quality in Digital Age” project with a new website!

We are pleased to announce that the website of the project “FOOD Quality in Digital Age” has been launched! The project is implemented by dr hab. Bartosz Sołowiej, Associate Professor from the Faculty of Food Sciences and Biotechnology in cooperation with partners from the Czech Republic, Serbia, Slovakia and Hungary!

 

As part of the project, a network of institutions specializing in the digital assessment of food quality has been created, which enables doctoral students and scientists to exchange knowledge and best research practices, and also contributes to strengthening the regional innovation ecosystem.

 

The project consortium, including the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, Mendel University in Brno (Czech Republic), University of Belgrade (Serbia), Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra and Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences, deals with joint research, exchange of knowledge and skills, as well as popularization of digital methods for food quality assessment.

The project is co-financed by the Governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.
