EkoGala – Organic Food Fair

A delegation from the University of Life Sciences in Lublin took part in the EkoGala – Organic Food Fair, which took place at the G2A Arena in Jasionka near Rzeszów last Saturday, 14.12.2024.

Our university was represented by the Vice-Rector for Science and International Cooperation, Bartosz Sołowiej, PhD, DSc, ProfTit, Maciej Nastaj, BEng, PhD, DSc, Jagoda Szafrańska, BEng, PhD, Anna Krajewska, BEng, MSc, Robert Waraczewski, BEng, MSc, as well as representatives of the Admissions and Promotion Department – Weronika Kowalska, MA, and Katarzyna Krzaczkowska, MA.

During the event, attendees were able to learn about the educational offerings of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, as well as learn more about research and achievements in the field of life sciences and food technology, including through the international project “FOOD Quality in Digital Age” funded by the Visegrad Fund.

The stand of our university was very popular among visitors – both young people planning to study and those interested in innovations in organic food. Vice-Rector for Science and International Cooperation, Bartosz Sołowiej, PhD, DSc, ProfTit – Coordinator of the “FOOD Quality in Digital Age” project – talked about the activities and effects of this initiative during a short presentation.

We would like to thank everyone who visited our stand. We congratulate the organizers of the event and are glad that we could be part of such an important initiative supporting the development of organic food in Poland.
