Educational campaign „Eat Organic – Save the Planet”
On the 17th March, as part of the educational campaign ‘Eat Organic – Save the Planet’, a lecture titled: Consumer of Organic Food in the Visegrad Group Countries was held. The lecture was a synthetic summary of the activities of the research team within the framework of the grant “Consumer of Organic Food in the Visegrad Group Countries” funded by the Visegrad Fund.
Participants the lecture found out:
– what is the consumer profile of organic food in the different V4 countries,
– how to distinguish organic food from other types of food sold on retail outlets,
– who sells the most and who buys the most organic food,
– what is the average expenditure on organic food in the V4 countries.
