Ergonomics and work safety:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>ergonomic assessment of working conditions in agricultural and food industry plants,<\/li>\n<li>identification of threats at work stations,<\/li>\n<li>occupational risk assessment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Study of food industry processes and raw materials:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>modeling of the ultrasonic extraction process,<\/li>\n<li>modeling of mechanical properties of biological materials,<\/li>\n<li>testing the rheological properties of food raw materials,<\/li>\n<li>analysis of antioxidant properties of biologically active substances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>3.
