Mia\u0142y one na celu zbudowanie wi\u0119zi w&nbsp;zespole, popraw\u0119 komunikacji i&nbsp;rozw\u00f3j umiej\u0119tno\u015bci wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy poprzez realizacj\u0119 wsp\u00f3lnych zada\u0144 w&nbsp;mniej formalnej atmosferze. Mamy nadziej\u0119, \u017ce efektem tych warsztat\u00f3w b\u0119dzie prze\u0142amanie lod\u00f3w i&nbsp;zredukowanie napi\u0119\u0107 oraz zbudowanie trwa\u0142ych relacji opartych na zaufaniu, zwi\u0119kszonej efektywno\u015bci pracy i&nbsp;lepszemu\u00a0 radzeniu sobie z&nbsp;konfliktami.<\/p>\n<p>W spotkaniach uczestniczy\u0142y \u00a0\u00a0prodziekan ds. studenckich i\u00a0dydaktyki
