Szkolenie zosta\u0142o zorganizowane przez Pani\u0105 dr hab. in\u017c. Karolin\u0119 W\u00f3jciak, profesor UPL &#8211; Prodziekan ds. studenckich i&nbsp;dydaktyki Wydzia\u0142u Nauk o&nbsp;\u017bywno\u015bci i&nbsp;Biotechnologii.<\/p>\n<p>Trzydniowy kurs zosta\u0142 przygotowany na podstawie wymaga\u0144 mi\u0119dzynarodowych standard\u00f3w BRCGS oraz IFS. W&nbsp;trakcie szkolenia identyfikacji podlega\u0142y wymagania prawne dotycz\u0105ce produkcji \u017cywno\u015bci w&nbsp;powi\u0105zaniu z&nbsp;systemem zarz\u0105dzania bezpiecze\u0144stwem \u017cywno\u015bci, interpretacja wymaga\u0144 BRC oraz IFS oraz proces auditowania wg normy ISO 19011.<\/p>\n<p>Szkolenie zako\u0144czy\u0142o si\u0119 egzaminem.
