The optional character of the studies is beneficial to the development of individual student interests in the following areas: confectionery, technology of fermented products of plant origin, nutrition of athletes and physically active persons, quality in the laboratory.<\/p>\n                                                <\/div>\n                                            <\/li>\n                                        <\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t                                                        <ul class=\"mn-accordion\">\n                                            <li>\n                                                <h4 class=\"mn-accordion-title\">Examples of courses<\/h4>\n                                                <div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t                <p>ecological food, nutrigenomics, food adulteration, innovations in animal raw material processing, the human microbiome and diet, specialty fat technology, trends in human nutrition, functional foods.<\/p>\n                                                <\/div>\n                                            <\/li>\n                                        <\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t                                                        <ul class=\"mn-accordion\">\n                                            <li>\n                                                <h4 class=\"mn-accordion-title\">Admission<\/h4>\n                                                <div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t                <p>Admission to the first year of second-cycle studies leading to the degree of Master of Science may be applied for by those who have obtained a&nbsp;diploma with the professional title of engineer in the field of study for which they are applying or with the professional title of engineer or Master of Science in a&nbsp;related field.
