The visit was organised at the invitation of the Doctoral School of our University. The visit was financed under the NAWA STER project \u201cActions towards the internationalization of the Doctoral School of the<\/strong> Univbersity<strong> of Life Sciences in Lublin (I-SDUPL)\u201d, as part of the \u201cSchool of Excellence\u201d task, aimed at inviting outstanding representatives of the scientific community from various disciplines to conduct classes for doctoral students.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/IMG-20260514-WA0006.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-573005\" src=\"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/IMG-20260514-WA0006.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1536\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The visit was organised by Prof. S\u0142awomir Kocira from the Division of Quality Management and Production Processes, University of Life Sciences in Lublin, and Anna Krajewska, MSc Eng., doctoral student of the Doctoral School of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/IMG_20260514_095247.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-572990\" src=\"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/IMG_20260514_095247.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1500\" height=\"673\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As part of the Professor\u2019s visit, the following events were held:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a lecture for doctoral students of the Doctoral School of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin related to the Guest\u2019s research interests, entitled \u201cInnovation in agromachinery for sustainable agriculture\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>an open lecture for the academic community of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin entitled \u201cPossibilities of obtaining projects from the Visegrad Funds \u2013 practical aspects\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>classes\/workshops for 3rd\u20134th year doctoral students of the Doctoral School of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin related to research skills, entitled \u201cTraining of farmers from the V4 countries in techniques for environmental protection and soil water management\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>classes\/workshops for 1st\u20132nd year doctoral students of the Doctoral School of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin related to research skills, entitled \u201cTraining of farmers from the V4 countries in techniques for environmental protection and soil water management\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>a meeting with the management and teaching staff of the Doctoral School of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/IMG_20260514_095113.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-572985\" src=\"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/IMG_20260514_095113.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1500\" height=\"673\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The topics of the classes conducted by the visiting Professor concerned modern agricultural technologies, innovations in agromachinery, precision farming, soil tillage systems and issues related to sustainable agriculture. The classes also addressed environmental protection, soil water management and practical aspects of implementing and obtaining international projects, including projects financed by the Visegrad Funds.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/IMG_20260514_110318.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-572995\" src=\"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/IMG_20260514_110318.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1500\" height=\"673\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The visit of Prof. Pavol Findura provided an opportunity to exchange scientific and teaching experience, broaden the competencies of doctoral students of the Doctoral School of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin and develop international cooperation in the fields of mechanical engineering, agricultural technology and sustainable agriculture.
