Veterinary Medicine Graduation Ceremony<\/h2>\n

On 27 June 2026, diplomas were awarded to graduates of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, who officially qualified as veterinary surgeons.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The ceremony was led by the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Professor Aneta Nowakiewicz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

One of the most significant moments of the event was the formal taking of the Veterinary Surgeon’s Oath \u2013 a symbolic milestone marking the beginning of the graduates’ professional careers.<\/p>\n

The audience then attended a lecture delivered by Associate Professor<\/strong> Aleksandra Sobczy\u0144ska-Rak<\/strong>, entitled “Veterinary Oncology in the 21st Century \u2013 Diagnostics, Therapy and New Directions for Development”.<\/em><\/p>\n

During the ceremony, graduates received their degree certificates, while awards and distinctions were presented to those who had achieved outstanding academic results and demonstrated exceptional commitment to organisational activities in support of the Faculty and the University.<\/p>\n

On behalf of the newly qualified veterinary surgeons, Krzysztof Skalski<\/strong>, DVM, addressed the audience, expressing his gratitude to the academic staff, families and the entire University community for their support and for accompanying the graduates throughout their educational journey.<\/p>\n

Among those attending the ceremony were the Rector of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, Professor Krzysztof Kowalczyk<\/strong>; the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Teaching, Professor Urszula Kosior-Korzecka<\/strong>; Dr Monika Ma\u0107kowiak-Dryka<\/strong>, Academic Tutor for the Polish-language program; Bart\u0142omiej Szymczak, DVM<\/strong>, Academic Tutor for the English-language program; and members of the academic staff of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.<\/p>\n

The ceremony was also attended by representatives of the veterinary profession, including Dr Monika Micha\u0142owska<\/strong>, Provincial Veterinary Officer for the Lublin Region, Andrzej Fal\u0119cki, DVM<\/strong>, President of the Lublin Regional Chamber of Veterinary Surgeons, and Marcin Mioduszewski, DVM<\/strong>, President of the North-Eastern Regional Chamber of Veterinary Surgeons.<\/p>\n
