Now is a great time to apply!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>International Exchange Office is announcing the call for applications for traineeships for students and recent graduates in the 2025\/2026 and 2026\/2027 academic year.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recruitment Dates<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Application period:<br \/>\nJanuary 14 \u2013 February 27, 2026 (until 2:00 PM sharp!)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please note!<\/p>\n<p>Recruitment is not conducted on a rolling basis.<br \/>\nIf funds remain after this round, an additional call may be announced. Updates will be posted on the Erasmus+ website of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration of Stay<br \/>\n<\/strong>Your mobility may start no earlier than March 16, 2026 and must end no later than July 31, 2027 (including travel days).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Download the application documents [<a href=\"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/en\/student\/erasmus\/erasmus-student\/erasmus-outgoing-students\/smt-student-traineeships\/\">HERE<\/a>].<\/li>\n<li>Fill them out and send for verification to: izabela.wolska@up.edu.pl<\/li>\n<li>Once approved \u2013 collect the required signatures and submit the complete set of documents to International Exchange Office.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Interested in Shorter Mobilities?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possible in a short-term format (5\u201330 days), but must include an online component.<\/li>\n<li>Short-term mobilities to partner countries (outside the EU) are not allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Financial Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are entitled to a\u00a0<strong>social scholarship at ULSL<\/strong>\u00a0or have <strong>a\u00a0disability certificate,<\/strong> you are <strong>raising a child up to the age of 8<\/strong>, you have <strong>the right to asylum or refugee status<\/strong> in the territory of the Republic of Poland you may qualify for\u00a0<strong>extra funding.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Choosing Your Destination<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While it\u2019s technically possible to apply for Erasmus+ mobility in your home country,<br \/>\nwe strongly recommend choosing a different country for your exchange.<\/p>\n<p>One of the main goals of the Erasmus+ programme is to promote international experience and intercultural exchange.<br \/>\nTherefore, students are encouraged to prioritize mobility outside their country of origin.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note: Applications for mobility to a student\u2019s country of origin will be scored lower during the selection process.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Contact Us<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>International Exchange Office<br \/>\nRoom 309, 3rd floor \u2013 Main Library<br \/>\nUniversity of Life Sciences in Lublin<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:izabela.wolska@up.edu.pl\">izabela.wolska@up.edu.pl<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>For details and updates, always check the Erasmus+ page of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How about gaining professional experience abroad as part of the Erasmus+ programme?
