The\u00a0International Exchange Office<\/strong>\u00a0is pleased to announce the\u00a0Erasmus+ call<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0study mobilities in the winter semester 2026\/2027 and the whole academic year 2026\/2027<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udcc5<\/strong> Recruitment Dates<\/strong><\/p>\n

Application period:<\/strong>
January 14 – February 27, 2026<\/strong> (until 2:00 PM sharp!)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\ud83e\uddf3<\/strong> Duration of Stay<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your mobility must be\u00a0completed by July 31, 2027, including travel days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u2705 How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Download<\/strong>\u00a0the application documents [HERE<\/a>].<\/li>\n
  2. Fill them out<\/strong>\u00a0and send them for verification to:

  3. Once approved,\u00a0collect signatures<\/strong>\u00a0and submit the full set to the\u00a0International Exchange Office<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u26a0\ufe0f<\/strong> Important!<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Some\u00a0partner universities<\/strong>\u00a0close their internal recruitment\u00a0earlier<\/strong>\u00a0than our deadline.
    If you\u2019re applying to one of them, be sure to submit your documents\u00a0a few days in advance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    \u2708\ufe0f<\/strong> Interested in Shorter Mobilities?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Check out\u00a0BIPs \u2013 Blended Intensive Programmes<\/strong>.
    These are short mobilities (5\u201330 days) that include an online component.
    Recruitment is announced\u00a0separately<\/strong>\u00a0for each programme, so follow updates on our Erasmus+ website.<\/p>\n

    Only BIP mobilities announced by IEO on Erasmus ULSL website will be carried out.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    \ud83e\udd1d<\/strong> Additional Financial Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

    If you are entitled to a\u00a0social scholarship at ULSL<\/strong>\u00a0or have a\u00a0disability certificate<\/strong>, you are raising a child up to the age of 8<\/strong>, you have the right to asylum or refugee status<\/strong> in the territory of the Republic of Poland you may qualify for\u00a0extra funding<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    \ud83c\udf10<\/strong> Choosing Your Destination<\/strong><\/p>\n

    While it\u2019s technically possible to apply for Erasmus+ mobility in your home country,
    we strongly recommend choosing a different country for your exchange.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    One of the main goals of the Erasmus+ programme is to promote international experience and intercultural exchange.
    Therefore, students are encouraged to prioritize mobility outside their country of origin.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u26a0\ufe0f<\/strong> Please note: Applications for mobility to a student\u2019s country of origin will be scored lower during the selection process.<\/strong><\/p>\n
