The Project is financed by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) under the project entitled \u201cShort-term academic exchange as a&nbsp;way to improve the quality of education in higher education and research institutions\u201d, Project No. FERS.01.05-IP.08-0218\/23, co-financed by the European Union within the European Funds for Social Development 2021\u20132027 (FERS).<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the Project is to strengthen the internationalisation of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin (ULSL<strong>)<\/strong> by developing academic and scientific cooperation with foreign institutions. This will contribute to improving the quality of education and supporting the professional development of doctoral students and academic staff.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the Project, <strong>70 short-term academic mobilities<\/strong> (lasting <strong>5, 7, 14 or 30 days<\/strong>) are planned, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>50 outgoing mobilities<\/strong> (for <strong>35 ULSL doctoral students<\/strong> and <strong>15 ULSL academic staff<\/strong>),<\/li>\n<li><strong>20 incoming mobilities to ULSL<\/strong> (for <strong>15 foreign doctoral students<\/strong> and <strong>5 foreign academic staff<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The purpose of mobility is to acquire or improve participants\u2019 competences, in particular through:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>active participation in an international conference;<\/li>\n<li>gathering materials for a&nbsp;doctoral thesis or a&nbsp;scientific article;<\/li>\n<li>participation in a&nbsp;summer school or winter school;<\/li>\n<li>performing measurements using unique equipment or testing research equipment;<\/li>\n<li>participation in courses, including intensive courses recognised as part of the education process, workshops, professional or industrial traineeships, and study visits, including those carried out at enterprises;<\/li>\n<li>conducting archival or library queries;<\/li>\n<li>delivery of teaching activities;<\/li>\n<li>participation in the preparation of an international grant application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Project Participants will be entitled to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a <strong>scholarship<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>a <strong>lump sum for travel costs<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>a <strong>lump sum for living and accommodation costs<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>reimbursement of part of the costs related to participation in the above-mentioned activities (e.g. conference fee, training costs) <strong>up to PLN 2,500 per mobility<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Information Meetings (in Polish Language)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Information meetings for persons interested in obtaining funding under the Project<\/strong> will be held:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>on <strong>14 January 2026<\/strong>, from <strong>10:00 to 12:00<\/strong>, and<\/li>\n<li>on <strong>16 January 2026<\/strong>, from <strong>13:00 to 15:00<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>in <strong>Sala Senatu at the ULSL Rectorate<\/strong>. You are cordially invited to attend. The information meetings will be held in Polish. Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Participation in the recruitment process requires submitting the following documents to the <strong>Project Office<\/strong> by <strong>30 January 2026<\/strong>, among others:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the <strong>Application Form<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>a <strong>certificate of English language proficiency at a&nbsp;minimum B2 level<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>a <strong>letter or e-mail from the Host Institution<\/strong> confirming the possibility of accepting the Candidate,<\/li>\n<li>a <strong>supervisor\u2019s opinion<\/strong> (for doctoral students),<\/li>\n<li>in the case of foreign Candidates: a&nbsp;<strong>certificate confirming doctoral student or academic staff status<\/strong> issued by the home institution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mobilities may be implemented
