{"id":506406,"date":"2025-11-03T13:57:38","date_gmt":"2025-11-03T12:57:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/?p=506406"},"modified":"2025-11-12T09:25:29","modified_gmt":"2025-11-12T08:25:29","slug":"not-just-theory-our-students-visited-a-confectionery-factory","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/en\/blog\/not-just-theory-our-students-visited-a-confectionery-factory\/","title":{"rendered":"Not just theory \u2013 our students visited a Confectionery Factory"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>First-year students of the Master\u2019s studies in Food Technology and Human Nutrition programme had the opportunity to participate in a study visit to the Pszcz\u00f3\u0142ka Confectionery Factory in Lublin on 22 October 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-506414\" src=\"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/2025-ilustracja-strona-web-800-X-500-28.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"375\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>During the visit, students were able to compare the theory they had learned in their confectionery class with the industrial scale of technical and technological solutions. They learned about the operation of key production lines for products such as caramels, pralines, dragees, fruit juice jellies and chocolate-coated sweets.
