Now is a great time to apply!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>International Exchange Office is announcing the call for applications for traineeships for students and recent graduates in the 2025\/2026 academic year.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcc5<\/strong><strong> Recruitment Dates<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application period:<br \/>\nSeptember 30 \u2013 October 21, 2025 (until 2:00 PM)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Please note!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Recruitment is not conducted on a rolling basis.<br \/>\nIf funds remain after this round, an additional call may be announced. Updates will be posted on the Erasmus+ website of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83e\uddf3<\/strong><strong> Duration of Stay<br \/>\nYour mobility must be completed by 31 July 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcd1<\/strong><strong> How to apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Download the application documents [<a href=\"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/en\/student\/erasmus\/erasmus-student\/erasmus-outgoing-students\/smt-student-traineeships\/\">HERE<\/a>].<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Fill them out and send for verification to: izabela.wolska@up.edu.pl<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Once approved \u2013 collect the required signatures and submit the complete set of documents to International Exchange Office.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u26a0<\/strong><strong>\ufe0f Important!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2708<\/strong><strong>\ufe0f Interested in Shorter Mobilities?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> Possible in a short-term format (5\u201330 days), but must include an online component.<br \/>\n\u2022 Short-term mobilities to partner countries (outside the EU) are not allowed.<br \/>\n\u2022 As part of graduate traineeships, you may complete up to 3 mobilities, but only 1 of them can be short-term.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83e\udd1d<\/strong><strong> Additional Financial Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>If you are entitled to a\u00a0social scholarship at ULSL\u00a0or have a\u00a0disability certificate, you may qualify for\u00a0extra funding.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83c\udf10<\/strong><strong> Choosing Your Destination<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>While it\u2019s technically possible to apply for Erasmus+ mobility in your home country,<br \/>\nwe strongly recommend choosing a different country for your exchange.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>One of the main goals of the Erasmus+ programme is to promote international experience and intercultural exchange.<br \/>\nTherefore, students are encouraged to prioritize mobility outside their country of origin.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u26a0<\/strong><strong>\ufe0f Please note: Applications for mobility to a student\u2019s country of origin will be scored lower during the selection process.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udccd<\/strong><strong> Contact Us<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>International Exchange Office<br \/>\nRoom 309, 3rd floor \u2013 Main Library<br \/>\nUniversity of Life Sciences in Lublin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"mailto:Izabela.wolska@up.edu.pl\">Izabela.wolska@up.edu.pl<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udc49<\/strong><strong> For details and updates, always check the Erasmus+ page of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How about gaining professional experience abroad as part of the Erasmus+ programme?
