Priority in granting a&nbsp;place in a&nbsp;student dormitory is given to students and doctoral students who have a&nbsp;certified degree of disability. These persons must attach a&nbsp;disability declaration to the application for a&nbsp;place in a&nbsp;student dormitory<strong>. A&nbsp;place in a&nbsp;student dormitory is granted in the order of applications.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadlines for submitting <a href=\"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/application-for-a-place-in-dormitory.docx\">applications for a&nbsp;place in a&nbsp;student dormitory<\/a>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>UP students and PhD students &#8211; from June 2 to June 9, 2025<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>persons admitted to studies in the first recruitment &#8211; from July 16 to 23, 2025<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0persons admitted in subsequent recruitments and persons who are not students of the UP in Lublin (graduates, students of other universities, working persons) &#8211; from August 25 to August 31, 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The application should be sent electronically to the following address: akademik@up.lublin.pl<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The person applying for a&nbsp;place in a&nbsp;student dormitory will receive information about the acceptance of the application for consideration<\/p>\n<p><strong>Information about the place granted <\/strong>will be sent to the e-mail addresses from which the application was received, after the deadline for submitting applications.<\/p>\n<p>Persons who have been granted a&nbsp;place in a&nbsp;student dormitory <strong>are required to confirm their acceptance of accommodation or resignation from the granted place by the following deadline<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>students and doctoral students of the University of Lublin by: 27 June 2025.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>persons admitted to studies in the first recruitment by: 11 August 2025.<\/li>\n<li>persons admitted to studies in subsequent recruitments and persons who are not students of the UP of Lublin by: 15 September 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>electronically: e-mail: <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:akademik@up.lublin.pl\"><strong>akademik@up.lublin.pl<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Failure <\/strong>to confirm acceptance of accommodation by the above-mentioned deadline will be tantamount to <strong>resignation<\/strong> from living in the student dormitory.<\/p>\n<p>Persons who have confirmed acceptance of accommodation by the specified deadline and are <strong>resigning from the granted place are required to inform about this fact<\/strong> by sending information to the following address: akademik@up.lublin.pl<\/p>\n<p>Applications submitted electronically from 15 September 2025. will be considered on an ongoing basis if places in student dormitories become available as a&nbsp;result of students resigning from allocated places or after the accommodation process
