{"id":477290,"date":"2025-05-13T15:09:04","date_gmt":"2025-05-13T13:09:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/?p=477290"},"modified":"2025-05-15T10:09:55","modified_gmt":"2025-05-15T08:09:55","slug":"open-call-for-erasmus-traineeship-mobilities-apply-now-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/en\/blog\/open-call-for-erasmus-traineeship-mobilities-apply-now-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Open call for Erasmus+ Traineeship mobilities \u2013 Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>International Exchange Office is opening a\u00a0<strong>call\u00a0for Erasmus + traineeship \u00a0mobilities<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0the summer semester of the 2024\/2025 academic year and throughout the 2025\/2026 academic year.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application period:<\/strong>\u00a0from\u00a0<strong>15.05.2025 <\/strong>to\u00a0<strong>30.05.2025 <\/strong><strong>until <\/strong><strong>2pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE!<\/strong><br \/>\nRecruitment for traineeship mobilities will not be conducted on a rolling basis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>How to apply for Erasmus+ traineeship mobility?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Submit at International Exchange Office the hard copies of application documents, all of them duly signed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Application form\u00a0<\/strong>with all required signatures and consents;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transcript of Records<\/strong>\u2013 signed by the relevant dean\u2019s officer;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Language certificate<\/strong>\u2013 signed by the teacher<\/li>\n<li><strong>CV\u00a0<\/strong>in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Download the templates of the application documents from\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/en\/student\/erasmus\/erasmus-student\/erasmus-outgoing-students\/smt-student-traineeships\/\">STEP 1 \u2013 DOCUMENTS<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Before collecting the signatures, send the documents for verification to the email:\u00a0<strong>izabela.wolska@up.lublin.pl<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE!<\/strong>\u00a0Interested in short-term mobility programmes (BIPs \u2013 5-30 days with an online component)? Stay updated on the Erasmus+ ULSL website. BIP calls are open separately for each BIP offer.
