VISITING PROFESSOR IN LUBLIN<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Doctoral School of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin will host\u00a0professor Osama Ibrahim<\/strong>\u00a0from Department of Dairy Sciences, Institute of Food Industry and Nutrition Research, Cairo, Egypt from October 7 to October 11, 2024.<\/p>\n

The visit is financed as part of the NAWA STER project “Actions towards the internationalization of the Doctoral School of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin (I-SDUPL)”, as part of the task “School of Excellence”, which aims to invite outstanding representatives of the world of science representing various disciplines to conduct classes with doctoral students.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

Short research CV of the invited professor<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Professor Osama Ibrahim<\/strong> is a specialist in food technology, specializing in dairy chemistry. His research topics include purification and characterization of enzymes from new sources to improve food properties, study of functional characteristics as well as therapeutic benefits of food proteins, extending shelf life of food using cheap or environmentally friendly materials; and optimizing or developing specialty food products, as well as production of novel food products with high biological value, inexpensive and accessible to all segments of society. Prof. Osama Ibrahim is the author of many patents and articles published in international scientific and technical journals.<\/td>\n\"Osama<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
