During the internship I&nbsp;prepared a&nbsp;local meat product (\u0106evapi) enriched with tomato pomace. The product was then subjected to physicochemical and sensory analyses.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/PS_staz_008.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-345271\" src=\"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/PS_staz_008.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1051\" height=\"866\" \/><\/a><strong>Photo 3. <\/strong>The process of frying a&nbsp;regional meat product (\u0106ievapi).<\/p>\n<p>During the internship, in addition to performing planned tasks, I&nbsp;had the opportunity to get acquainted with employees and doctoral students employed at the University as well as to see the equipment of this unit.
