The training will be a great opportunity to learn about the innovative food quality evaluation methods, exchange knowledge and establish valuable interpersonal links.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Each module will be taught by one Partner University, expert in the field, during a study visit:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>3D food printing (Feb. 27<sup>th<\/sup> \u2013 March 2<sup>nd<\/sup>, 2023, Mendel University in Brno)<\/li>\n<li>Non-destructive analytical methods for food quality evaluation (Jun. 7<sup>th<\/sup> \u2013 10<sup>th<\/sup>, 2023, Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences in Budapest)<\/li>\n<li>Computer vision system (Sept. 25<sup>th<\/sup> \u2013 28<sup>th<\/sup>, 2023, University of Belgrade)<\/li>\n<li>Methodology of electronic eye (March, 19<sup>th<\/sup> \u2013 22<sup>nd<\/sup>, 2024, Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra)<\/li>\n<li>Surface analysis and textural\/rheological properties of food product (May, 27<sup>th<\/sup> \u2013 30<sup>th<\/sup>, 2024, University of Life Sciences in Lublin).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses will be covered by the Project.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>APPLICATION PROCESS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please fill in and submit you application through this link: <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/e\/xhFhECuD7c\">https:\/\/forms.office.com\/e\/xhFhECuD7c<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The deadline for submitting applications is January 31<sup>st<\/sup>, 2023.<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SELECTION CRITERIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications will be evaluated by the \u201c<strong>FOOD Quality in Digital Age\u201d <\/strong>Project Consortium based on the following criteria: application completeness; candidate&#8217;s previous research activity, scientific achievements, interests and motivation. Preference will be given to candidates who will confirm their availability to take part in all 5 modules of the trainings.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Project Consortium will invite 2 PhD students from each participating University to take part in the training. A reserve list will be created.
