Don\u2019t forget to bring your ID and insurance policy document.<\/p>\n<p>GP will explain the vaccination procedure and issue e-referral for you.<\/p>\n<p>Once your e-referral has been issued you can register for vaccination in one of the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>by calling a vaccination serviceline at\u00a0989,<\/li>\n<li>by sending a text message (SMS):\u00a0SzczepimySie at 664\u00a0908\u00a0556, or<\/li>\n<li>directly at the selected vaccination centre convenient for you, for your place of residence\/stay. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.pl\/web\/szczepimysie\/mapa-punktow-szczepien#\/\">See the map of vaccination centres in Lublin<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We would recommend taking Johnson &amp; Johnson vaccine as it comes in one dose only.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vaccination against COVID-19 for foreigners legally residing in Poland is free of charge.
