University website and select the programme you wish to apply for.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Register in the ULSL Admission System\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Create an account and complete your online application through the ULSL Admission System available on our website.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Required Documents<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>All applicants must upload the following documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Secondary School Certificate (High School Diploma)<\/strong> confirming eligibility for university admission in the country where it was issued.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Official Transcript of Records<\/strong> showing all completed subjects, grades and, where applicable, credits.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Explanation of the Grading System<\/strong> used in the country where your certificate was issued (for example: 6 \u2013 Excellent, 5 \u2013 Very Good, etc.).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Passport<\/strong> (copy of the page containing your personal details and photograph).<\/li>\n<li><strong>English Language Certificate<\/strong> (minimum B2 level), such as FCE, CAE, TOEFL, TOEIC or TELC, if your secondary education was not conducted in English.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Health Certificate<\/strong> (available after registration in the ULSL Admission System), confirming that you are medically fit to study your chosen programme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All documents must be submitted in <strong>English or Polish<\/strong>, or accompanied by a&nbsp;<strong>certified English translation<\/strong> prepared by a&nbsp;sworn translator.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Legalisation of Educational Documents<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Your educational documents must be officially authenticated.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If your documents were issued in a&nbsp;country that is a&nbsp;party to the <strong>Hague Apostille Convention<\/strong>, they must bear an <strong>Apostille<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>If your documents were issued in a&nbsp;country that is <strong>not<\/strong> a&nbsp;party to the Hague Convention, they must be <strong>legalised by the Polish Embassy or Consulate<\/strong> in the country where they were issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The secondary school diploma and transcript (if issued separately) must both be legalised or bear an Apostille.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on your country of education, you may also be required to provide an <strong>eligibility statement<\/strong> issued by the relevant educational authority or a&nbsp;Polish consular office.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Recognition of Secondary School Certificates<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Under the Act of 4 April 2025 (Act amending certain laws to eliminate irregularities in the visa system of the Republic of Poland), from <strong>1 July 2025<\/strong>, the <strong>Director of NAWA<\/strong> issues recognition statements confirming that a&nbsp;secondary school certificate entitles its holder to apply for admission to first-cycle or long-cycle degree programmes in Poland.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Additional Requirements for Master&#8217;s Degree Applicants<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Applicants for Master&#8217;s degree programmes must also submit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree diploma (original or notarised copy);<\/li>\n<li>Academic Transcript of Records (original or notarised copy);<\/li>\n<li>Certified English translation, if the documents were not issued in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Additional Requirements &#8211; <\/strong><strong>Veterinary Medicine Programme<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Applicants must provide:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a grade in <strong>Biology<\/strong> from the secondary school certificate;<\/li>\n<li>a grade in <strong>one<\/strong> of the following subjects:\n<ul>\n<li>Chemistry,<\/li>\n<li>Mathematics, or<\/li>\n<li>Physics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If your secondary education was not conducted in English, you must provide an English language certificate at <strong>minimum B2 level<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants from countries outside the <strong>European Union (EU)<\/strong>, <strong>European Free Trade Association (EFTA)<\/strong>, <strong>Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)<\/strong>, and countries not covered by mutual recognition agreements (e.g. Ukraine) are also required to pass an <strong>entrance examination in Life\/Natural Sciences<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>All Other Programmes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Applicants must provide <strong>one grade<\/strong> from their secondary school certificate in a&nbsp;subject relevant to their chosen programme. Accepted subjects include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Biology<\/li>\n<li>Chemistry<\/li>\n<li>Mathematics<\/li>\n<li>Information Technology (IT)<\/li>\n<li>Geography<\/li>\n<li>Social Studies<\/li>\n<li>Physics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that the list of accepted subjects may vary depending on the programme.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants whose previous education was not conducted in English must also submit an English language certificate at <strong>minimum B2 level<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Pay the admission fee<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pay the non-refundable admission fee of <strong>EUR 20<\/strong> using your individual bank account number available in the ULSL Admission System.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Wait for the Admission Results<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The first admission round closes on <strong>31 May 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If your application status changes to <strong>&#8220;Qualified&#8221;<\/strong>, you will receive documents confirming your admission.<\/p>\n<p>If you are unable to obtain your final secondary school certificate or other required documents before <strong>31 May 2026<\/strong>, you may apply during the <strong>second admission round<\/strong>, which will remain open until <strong>31 August 2026<\/strong>. This applies <strong>only to the Veterinary Medicine programme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> your application can only be assessed after all required documents and proof of payment of the admission fee have been received.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. Check Your Application Status<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>All updates regarding your application will be sent to you by email.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>6. Pay the tuition fee<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Once admitted, pay the tuition fee for either:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>one academic year, or<\/li>\n<li>one semester,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>in accordance with your chosen payment option.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>7. They must be presented after your arrival.<\/li>\n<li>All documents issued in languages other than <strong>English or Polish<\/strong> must be accompanied by a&nbsp;<strong>certified English translation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Within <strong>30 days of enrolment<\/strong> (after your arrival in Poland), you must provide:\n<ul>\n<li>valid health insurance,<\/li>\n<li>a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), or<\/li>\n<li>sign a&nbsp;health insurance agreement with the Polish National Health Fund (NFZ).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n                                        <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t                                <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t                <div class=\"mn-content-block\">\n\t                                                        <div class=\"block-text\">\n\t                                        <h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Entrance exam\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Life Sciences Entrance Examination<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Life Sciences Entrance Examination is required for applicants to the <strong>Veterinary Medicine<\/strong> programme from countries outside the <strong>European Union (EU)<\/strong>, the <strong>Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)<\/strong>, the <strong>European Free Trade Association (EFTA)<\/strong> and <strong>Ukraine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The examination will be held <strong>online via Microsoft Teams<\/strong> on <strong>3 June 2026 at 12:00 (CEST)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Only applicants who have met <strong>all admission requirements<\/strong> are eligible to take the entrance examination. This means that all required certificates, grades and supporting documents must have been submitted.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that the entrance examination <strong>does not replace your secondary school leaving examinations or final qualifications<\/strong>. It is an additional stage of the admission process.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Before the Examination<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>On the day of the examination, eligible applicants will receive a&nbsp;Microsoft Teams meeting link through the <strong>ULSL Admission System<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting link will be sent <strong>only<\/strong> to applicants who have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>completed all stages of registration in the ULSL Admission System (all sections marked in green); and<\/li>\n<li>confirmed their participation by replying to the message received in the ULSL Admission System.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Examination Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>During the examination, applicants must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>join the examination using the Microsoft Teams link provided;<\/li>\n<li>have a&nbsp;<strong>working camera and microphone<\/strong> switched on throughout the examination;
