Choose a&nbsp;programme of study (find a&nbsp;list of programmes on our website).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2. Register in the ULSL Admission System on our website.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Every applicant is required to present <strong>secondary school diploma and transcript with the list of grades<\/strong> showing the academic achievements at school (subjects, grades, credits). Applicant should include an explanation of how the grading system works in the country the certificate(s) come from (ie. which grades are the best, and which are the poorest) e.g. 6 \u2013 excellent, 5- very good, etc. <strong>The transcript of academic records should be legalized (or bear an Apostille)<\/strong>. The secondary school transcript (if on a&nbsp;separate sheet) should also be legalized or have the Apostille.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Please be aware that your certificates, diplomas, and transcripts, will have to bear the the stamp of legalization from the Polish Embassy of the country where the certificate, diploma or transcript was issued (except if the documents were issued in the country which is a&nbsp;part of the Hague Convention \u2013 then Apostille is needed). You may also be asked to provide an eligibility statement for your credentials, issued by appropriate educational authorities or consular office. Master degree course applicants have to submit their Bachelor diploma and Academic Transcript of Records (<strong>originals or copies authenticated by a&nbsp;notary public and, if applicable, a&nbsp;certified translation to English<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>When you apply to Veterinary Medicine programme:<\/strong> Provide grade from your <strong>secondary school diploma\/<\/strong>Certificate of Matriculation\/Baccalaureate in the compulsory subject of <strong>biology<\/strong> and the subject of your choice in: chemistry, mathematics or physics. Knowledge of English must be confirmed by a&nbsp;certificate, e.g. FCE, CAE, TOEIC, TOEFL, TELC, if the secondary school education was conducted in a&nbsp;language other than English. <em><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Entrance examination in life\/natural sciences for foreign candidates from outside the <strong>European Union <\/strong>(<strong>EU<\/strong>), the European Free Trade Association (<strong>EFTA<\/strong>), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (<strong>OECD<\/strong>), and countries not covered by <strong>mutual recognition agreements <\/strong>(<strong>Ukraine etc<\/strong>.).<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Secondary school certificate recognition<br \/><\/strong>We would like to inform that under the Act of 4 April 2025 (Ustawa o&nbsp;zmianie niekt\u00f3rych ustaw w&nbsp;celu wyeliminowania nieprawid\u0142owo\u015bci w&nbsp;systemie wizowym Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej), from 1 July 2025 NAWA Director issues recognition statements on a&nbsp;secondary education certificate confirming the right to apply for admission to first-cycle studies or long-cycle studies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>When you apply to other programmes:<\/strong> Provide 1 grade from the Certificate of Matriculation\/Baccalaureate in subject of your choice from the following disciplines: biology, chemistry, mathematics, IT, geography, social studies or physics (the list of subjects you can choose from may vary depending on the programme you have chosen). Knowledge of English must be confirmed by a&nbsp;certificate, e.g. FCE, CAE, TOEIC, TOEFL, TELC, if the secondary school education was conducted in a&nbsp;language other than English.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Scan of the secondary school certificate authorizing the candidate to enter the university in the country of issuance.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Scan\/Copy of Passport (page with personal data, address and photo).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Scan\/Copy of certificate confirming knowledge of English language (minimum B2 level), if secondary school education is in other than English language.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Health Certificate (available after the registration in the ULSL Admission System) confirming that candidate is eligible for the chosen programme. The documents must be submitted in English or translated into English by a&nbsp;sworn translator.<\/p>\n<p>3. Pay the admission fee\u00a0 (EUR 20). Each candidate has their own individual account number.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>4. Wait until the enrollment ends on 30 June 2025. If your status changes to &#8220;qualified&#8221;, we will send you documents confirming that you have been accepted. <br \/>If you do not receive your high school graduation documents, certificates etc. by 30 June 2025, you will be able to register and apply in second enrollmenttment round that will run until 1 September 2025.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Please note that your application will be considered only when you submit all the documents together with the proof of admission fee payment.<\/p>\n<p>5. You will be informed via email about your application status.<\/p>\n<p>6. Pay the tuition fee for one academic year (or one semester).<\/p>\n<p>7. The exam is not a&nbsp;substitute for final exams, but is an additional step in the admission process.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The applicant will receive a&nbsp;link to a&nbsp;meeting on the Microsoft Teams platform on the day of the exam in the ULSL Admission System. Only applicants who have completed all stages of registration (with all green sections) in the ULSL Admission System and confirmed their participation in the exam by replying to the message received in the ULSL Admission System will receive the link.<\/p>\n<p>The applicant must have a&nbsp;camera and microphone on. The appearance of the applicant taking the exam must match the photo uploaded in the ULSL Admission System during registration. The applicant will be given a&nbsp;link to the test after logging in to the Microsoft Teams platform.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The single-choice test includes 30 closed questions. Duration of the exam &#8211; 30 minutes, if the applicant finishes early, they can send the answers and leave the meeting in the Microsoft Teams platform. The applicant should indicate at least 16 correct answers for the exam to be considered passed.<\/p>\n                                        <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
