workshop constituting a\u00a0part of the financed by the STER NAWA program project\u00a0<strong>\u201cActions towards the internationalization of the Doctoral School of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin (I-SDUPL)\u201d<\/strong>. Project\u00a0implementation period\u00a0is from\u00a02024-01-01 to 2026-12-31.<\/p>\n<p>This year the workshop will be held in May 28-29<sup>th<\/sup> 2025 in Kazimierz Dolny (the Lublin Voivodeship).<\/p>\n<p>The workshop is directed to PhD students and will be conducted in English by lecturers from Poland and abroad. The workshop focus on acquiring soft skills. The multipurpose usage of artificial intelligence and blockchain led him to non-financial application of these technologies, including food security and rural development. He mentors and coaches executives and senior managers in small and medium sized companies who seek to integrate and take advantages from technology-driven knowledge management. He holds a&nbsp;doctorate (DPhil) in Geography from the University of Oxford. Creates spaces for interruption, for imagining otherwise. Coordinates EU-funded projects at Volonteurope under Horizon Europe, CERV, and Erasmus+. Works on parameters for the Reykjavik Principles through the Council of Europe\u2019s Civil Society Grant programme.<br \/>Background in law, Galatasaray University, and European studies, University of Regensburg. Trains, facilitates both online and in person. Designs learning environments for young people, professionals, youth workers, and activists. Uses futures, foresight, speculative design, and storytelling. Scans horizons. Reads weak signals.<br \/>Experienced in using online platforms and digital tools to co-create content, facilitate participatory sessions and build collaborative learning processes on active citizenship, just transition, climate change, water stewardship, connectedness to nature, and gender history.<\/p>\n<p>European Climate Pact Ambassador for the European Commission in Belgium and Germany. Manages Volonteurope\u2019s European Citizens\u2019 Initiative for a&nbsp;Water-Smart and Resilient Europe. Originally from Turkey, lives in Germany, works\u00a0in\u00a0Brussels.<\/p>\n                                                <\/div>\n                                            <\/li>\n                                        <\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t                                                        <ul class=\"mn-accordion\">\n                                            <li>\n                                                <h4 class=\"mn-accordion-title\">Adam Markuszewski <\/h4>\n                                                <div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t                <p><strong>Adam Markuszewski<\/strong> &#8211; trainer (graduated from sTOP NGO Trainers School) and storyteller. Since 2015 member of the 501 Group, which focuses on the art of storytelling. He participated in workshops with many storytellers at the International Warsaw Storytelling Festival and performed at many events, including a&nbsp;storytelling night at the International Warsaw Storytelling Festival and the Radom Storytellers\u2019 Festival. He is currently developing threads of connection between forest and storytelling and is a&nbsp;mentor within the Relational Ecotherapy Institute. Certified guide for forest therapy and forest baths. Vice president of the Polish Forest Baths and Forest Therapy Association. Guide in the Kampinos Forest. He subjects his forest work to periodic supervision. In 2022 and 2023, a&nbsp;member of the Chapter of the Warsaw Prize for Cultural Education. Conducted workshops for, among others: The Museum of Warsaw, museum in Jaros\u0142aw, storytellers during the 5th Storytellers Tabor, Polish Scouting and Guiding Association, Greenpeace Poland, Folk University in Wolin, tutors and supervisors of theatre circles \u2013 in developing storytelling competences.<\/p>\n                                                <\/div>\n                                            <\/li>\n                                        <\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t                                                        <ul class=\"mn-accordion\">\n                                            <li>\n                                                <h4 class=\"mn-accordion-title\">Magdalena Szab\u0142owska <\/h4>\n                                                <div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t                <p><strong>Magdalena Szab\u0142owska<\/strong> &#8211; psychologist, trainer, coach. For 7 years, she has been working as a&nbsp;sales, business, and soft skills trainer. She graduated in psychology with a&nbsp;social specialization from the Maria Curie-Sk\u0142odowska University in Lublin, acquired her coaching competencies at the Progress Trainers&#8217; School, and completed an EMCC accredited Life and Business Coaching course at the EQA PRACTITIONER level under the guidance of practitioners from the Norman Benett Group. She is also a&nbsp;certified Plain Language Consultant at the University of Wroc\u0142aw. In work, she combines psychological knowledge with coaching experience, as well as a&nbsp;constant focus on development. She believes that effective training is one that allows participants to learn by practice and creates space for reflection.
