  <h4 class=\"mn-accordion-title\">What are the minimum time requirements?<\/h4>\n                                                <div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t                <p><strong>LONG-TERM MOBILITY<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The mobility for traineeship can last from 2 to 12 months.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>SHORT-TERM MOBILITY<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It can last from 5 to 30 days of physical mobility. A\u00a0virtual component, either before or after the physical mobility, is obligatory.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Each student is entitled to 12 months of Erasmus mobility (any type, any combination: for studies or for traineeship)\u202fwithin 1 study cycle.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>One-cycle Master\u2019s degree students are entitled to 24 months of Erasmus mobility (any type, any combination: for studies or for traineeship)\u202fwithin their whole study period.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>REMEMBER!<\/strong>\u00a0There are\u00a0<strong>limits on the number of mobilities<\/strong>\u00a0you can take part in within one academic year:<\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0<strong>student<\/strong>\u00a0may participate in a\u00a0<strong>maximum of 3 mobilities<\/strong>\u00a0(including long and short-term mobilities, mobilities for studies and mobilities for traineeship and\u00a0<strong>Blended Intensive Programmes \u2013 BIP<\/strong>)\u00a0<strong>within one academic year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Recent graduates can complete a&nbsp;maximum of 3 mobilities as part of a&nbsp;recent graduate traineeship, including only one short-term mobility (<strong>under the project KA131-2024<\/strong>; implementation until July 31, 2026, including travel days)<\/p>\n<p>Recent graduates can complete a&nbsp;maximum of three long-term mobilities as part of a&nbsp;recent graduate traineeship. A\u00a0student\/PhD student\/recent graduate may use the scholarship to cover part of the costs of insurance, accommodation, and other expenses related to the stay in the receiving country.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>During the Erasmus+ mobility period, the student\/PhD student\/recent graduate cannot receive another scholarship financed by European Union funds.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Erasmus+ scholarship will be paid to the student\/PhD student\/recent graduate only for the period of physical mobility.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Students\/PhD students during Erasmus+ mobility period\u00a0are still entitled to student rights at ULSL, in particular the rights to university scholarships they have acquired before the start of their mobilities.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Students with fewer opportunities (students who receive a\u00a0social scholarship issued by University of Life Sciences in Lublin and students with disabilities, having children under the age of 8, exercising the right to asylum or holding a&nbsp;refugee status in\u00a0 the republic of Poland) may receive additional support. DOCTORAL SCHOOL<\/h5>\n                                                <\/div>\n                                                <a href=\"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/ToR-SzkolaDoktorska.doc\" class=\"mn-more\" target=\"_blank\">Read more<\/a>\n                                            <\/div>\n                                        <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t                                <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t                <div class=\"mn-content-block\">\n\t                                                        <div class=\"block-text\">\n\t                                        <p><strong>Mobility documents for the academic year\u00a02025\/2026 and 2026\/2027<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please, send all these documents via email to International Exchange Office to be corrected before you send them to the receiving institution.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Learning Agreement for Traineeship, LAT \u2013<\/strong><strong>\u202f<\/strong>including the programme of your traineeship\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Insurance coverage<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)<\/strong>\u2013 your insurance coverage should be valid for the whole mobility period including travel days.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0NOTE!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your insurance coverage should include\u00a0<strong>at minimum<\/strong>:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Health insurance<\/strong>\u00a0(the participant undertakes to obtain health insurance coverage valid in the country of traineeship; in another EU country (to obtain European Health Insurance Card), in non-EU countries to purchase a\u00a0private insurance corresponding in scope to European Health Insurance).\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Accident insurance<\/strong>\u00a0(covering at least damages caused to the student at the place of traineeship\/studies)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Liability insurance<\/strong>\u00a0(covering damages caused by the participant at the place of traineeship\/studies)\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The coverage of the European Health Insurance Card or private insurance may not be sufficient, especially in case of specific medical intervention or transport to the country, therefore complementary private insurance is recommended. In addition to the above, insurance against loss or theft of documents, travel tickets or luggage is recommended.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>A mobility participant is responsible for purchasing his\/her own insurance policy and submitting it at International Exchange Office<\/strong> not later than one week before the start of mobility period or sending by electronic message (a good-quality scanned copy). The copy of the insurance coverage purchased by the participant is an integral part of this Agreement.\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Green travel application<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 submitted ONLY when travel is planned using low-emission means of transport such as a\u00a0bus, a\u00a0train or carpooling)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Letter of intent<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 if the traineeship is planned in TO APPLY?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Contact the person responsible for your mobility at the receiving institution, your Faculty Coordinator and International Exchange Office at University of Life Sciences in Lublin for their acceptance\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that all the extension documents are signed by all parties at least one month before the previously agreed dates of your mobility<\/li>\n<li>Extension of your study period without the permission of all parties will not be accepted.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED IN CASE OF THE EXTENSION OF STUDY PERIOD:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Write an application addressed to the University Coordinator requesting an extension of your stay abroad. Include the justification for the extension and provide the exact dates of the extended stay, starting from the day after your original agreement with the University expires. Based on the dates provided, the additional funding will be calculated accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Before submitting the application to the IEO, obtain the opinion and approval of your Faculty Coordinator (applies to students).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2. Attach the approval from the receiving Institution for the Extension of Stay\u2013 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/application-of-extension-of-stay-smt-2024-25-1.doc\">APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION OF MOBILITY PERIOD<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE!\u00a0Applications and Approvals that do not specify the exact dates of the extended stay will not be considered.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3. Update the Learning Agreement for Traineeship (LAT) in the \u201cDuring Mobility\u201d section with the revised dates of stay and the modified programme (if applicable).<\/p>\n<p><strong>First, email the Word files of the above-mentioned documents to International Exchange Office. This will facilitate finalizing the format of your Learning Agreement for Traineeship (LAT).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After preliminary approval, submit all documents, signed by you and approved by the receiving institution, to International Exchange Office no later than one month before the originally scheduled end date of your traineeship (high-quality colour scans are acceptable).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Make sure to keep in touch with International Exchange Office staff throughout the process.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE!<br \/>Any unauthorized extension of your stay without obtaining approval from the Faculty Coordinator and the Institutional Coordinator, and without notifying International Exchange Office, will not be accepted under any circumstances.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once your documents are approved by the Faculty Coordinator and the Institutional Coordinator, you will receive copies of your application, the approval, and the updated Learning Agreement for Traineeship.<\/p>\n<p>We will also send you the necessary\u00a0Certificate of Erasmus+ Student Status\u00a0for the extended period of your stay and prepare and sign the
