It is possible to extend your stay up to 1 year within the same academic year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-contrast=\"none\">SHORT-TERM MOBILITY<\/span><\/strong><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">It can last from 5 to 30 days of physical mobility. A\u00a0virtual component, either before or after the physical mobility, is obligatory.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Short-term mobilities for studies are mainly organised by host universities in the form of\u00a0<strong>Blended Intensive Programme (BIP)<\/strong>. BIPs are\u00a0announced in the news\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/up.lublin.pl\/en\/\"><strong>HERE<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE!<\/strong> There are limits to the number of mobilities you can undertake during a&nbsp;single academic year:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A student\/doctoral student can participate in a&nbsp;maximum of three mobilities (including short- and long-term mobilities, studies and traineeship, and the Blended Intensive Programme \u2013 BIP) during a&nbsp;single academic year.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>By decision of the University, short-term mobilities can only be undertaken within European Union and associated countries. A\u00a0student\/PhD student\/recent graduate may use the scholarship to cover part of the costs of insurance, accommodation, and other expenses related to the stay in the receiving country.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>During the Erasmus+ mobility period, the student\/PhD student\/recent graduate cannot receive another scholarship financed by European Union funds.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Erasmus+ scholarship will be paid to the student\/PhD student\/recent graduate only for the period of physical mobility.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Students\/PhD students during Erasmus+ mobility period\u00a0are still entitled to student rights at ULSL, in particular the rights to university scholarships they have acquired before the start of their mobilities.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Students with fewer opportunities (students who receive a\u00a0social scholarship issued by University of Life Sciences in Lublin and students with disabilities, having children under the age of 8, exercising the right to asylum or holding a&nbsp;refugee status in\u00a0 the republic of Poland) may receive additional support. Make sure to choose the courses that most closely correspond with the ones at your sending institution).\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Insurance coverage and European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)<\/strong>\u2013 your insurance coverage should be valid for the whole mobility period including travel days.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your insurance coverage should include\u00a0<strong>at minimum<\/strong>:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Health insurance<\/strong>\u00a0(the participant undertakes to obtain health insurance coverage valid in the country of traineeship; in another EU country (to obtain European Health Insurance Card), in non-EU countries to purchase a\u00a0private insurance corresponding in scope to European Health Insurance).\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accident insurance<\/strong>\u00a0(covering at least damages caused to the student at the place of traineeship\/studies)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Liability insurance<\/strong>\u00a0(covering damages caused by the participant at the place of traineeship\/studies)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The coverage of the European Health Insurance Card or private insurance may not be sufficient, especially in case of specific medical intervention or transport to the country, therefore a\u00a0complementary private insurance is recommended. In addition to the above, insurance against loss or theft of documents, travel tickets or luggage is recommended.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>A mobility participant is responsible for purchasing his\/her insurance policy and submitting it at International Exchange Office<\/strong>\u00a0not later than one week before the start of mobility period or sent by electronic message (a good-quality scan copy).
