are entitled to receive a&nbsp;social scholarship at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin are required to submit, together with their application documents, a&nbsp;<strong>document confirming their entitlement to receive a&nbsp;social scholarship<\/strong> in the semester immediately preceding the mobility period.<\/p>\n<p>Such a&nbsp;document may be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a decision granting a&nbsp;social scholarship, or<\/li>\n<li>a certificate confirming the receipt of a&nbsp;social scholarship issued by the Student Scholarship Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Funding in the form of real costs<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>This funding consists of additional financial support to cover costs directly related to the disability, without which participation in the mobility would not be possible, and which exceed the amount provided under the \u201csupport for persons with fewer opportunities\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The amount granted for expenses directly related to the disability will be settled as <strong>real costs<\/strong>, which means that they must be documented with financial proof. The costs should correspond to the actual needs resulting from the type of disability and be realistically estimated.<\/p>\n<p>In the application for funding of additional costs directly related to the disability, the mobility participant must clearly describe the needs resulting from the disability that constitute costs other than standard travel and living expenses during the mobility period. Each additional cost must be justified, include an estimated amount, and indicate the source on which the calculation is based.<\/p>\n<p>The decision on granting additional funding and its amount is made by the <strong>Polish National Agency for the Erasmus+ Programme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The application must be submitted to the <strong>International Exchange<\/strong> <strong>Office no later than
