The workshops will be conducted in English by lecturers from Poland and abroad. He is a&nbsp;lecturer at Lazarski University (Warsaw), the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution (Krak\u00f3w, Lublin), Bia\u0142ystok University of Technology, and the Catholic University of Lublin.<\/p>\n<p>For 20 years, he has been working with business leaders (managers and executives), supporting teams and individuals in creating presentations and speeches that are purposeful, clear, and unique. He conducts workshops, training sessions, and individual coaching aimed at developing targeted communication skills with audiences.<\/p>\n<p>He is the author and co-author of four books on training, speaking, and personal development. One of the books, &#8220;Metaphors and Analogies in Training,&#8221; won the &#8220;Book for a&nbsp;Trainer 2013&#8221; award from the Polish Association of Business Trainers.<\/p>\n<p>A specialist in unconventional training and presentation techniques. In creating training projects and presentations, he utilizes methods drawn from areas such as acting, theatrical improvisation, mind games, the art of illusion, provocative coaching, and original ideas. As a&nbsp;result, his presentations, in addition to their substance and clarity, are distinguished by their unique form and are memorable for a&nbsp;long time. He is an actor in the comedy improvisation group Po\u0142awiacze Pere\u0142 Improv Teatr. He uses improvisation techniques to work on openness and acceptance of change.<\/p>\n<p>He also conducts workshops and training sessions on topics such as communication, speaking, business storytelling, creativity, and change management. He is fascinated by the topics of working with beliefs, the courage to take action, seeking solutions &#8220;outside the box,&#8221; avoiding routine thinking, and learning from mistakes and working through failure.<\/p>\n<p>In his free time, he is passionate about traveling forward, a&nbsp;juggler, and an aspiring illusionist. She is currently completing a&nbsp;four-year cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy training program at the InterEgo Academy in Warsaw. She gained clinical experience at the 1st Clinic of Psychiatry, Psychotherapy, and Early Intervention at the University Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Lublin, among other institutions.<\/p>\n<p>She supports individuals experiencing mental health crises daily, helping them better understand themselves, regain balance, and develop effective ways to cope with difficulties.<\/p>\n<p>She is a&nbsp;member of the Polish Society for Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and the Polish Psychiatric Association.<\/p>\n<p>She is a&nbsp;graduate and member of the sTOP Training School in Warsaw, where she developed her skills in working with groups. She conducts training and workshops on soft skills such as interpersonal communication, time management, and stress management.
