influence of animal nutrition on the nutritional value of animal products<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">o Bromatology:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Analysis of the chemical composition, nutritional value, and sensory and physicochemical properties of food<br \/>\u2022 Assessment of the effect of technological processes on the nutritional value of food <br \/>\u2022 Analysis of the safety of plant- and animal-origin food<br \/>\u2022 Analysis of human nutrition, including eating disorders.
