Prof. dr hab. Bogus\u0142aw Sawicki was appointed on the head. The Department of Agritourism was transformed into the Department of Tourism and Recreation on November 19, 2008.<\/p>\n                                        <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t                                <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t                <div class=\"mn-content-block\">\n\t                                                        <div class=\"block-text\">\n\t                                        <p>Currently, 9 people work at the Department, and the head is dr. hab. Joanna Hawlena, prof. UP. Our employees are specialists in the fields of: economics, management, health sciences and physical culture, biology, and agriculture.<\/p>\n<p>Department staff conduct classes in the following fields: Tourism and Recreation, Spatial Management, Physical Activity and Qualified Agritourism.<\/p>\n                                        <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t                                <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t                <div class=\"mn-content-block\">\n\t                                                        <div class=\"block-text\">\n\t                                        <p><b>Tourism and recreation<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>First-cycle studies<\/b> are 3-year full-time and part-time undergraduate studies &#8211; specializations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recreation and biological regeneration<\/li>\n<li>Marketing and management in tourism<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Second-cycle studies<\/b> are 2-year full-time and part-time MA studies &#8211; specializations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tourism economy<\/li>\n<li>Healthy lifestyle manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Department of Tourism and Recreation in cooperation with the Center for Continuing Education conducts <b>Postgraduate Agricultural Studies for Graduates of Non-Agricultural Studies<\/b>. The studies last two semesters.
